- Partner in pre-sales conversations as the technical authority, helping translate business needs into scalable solutions and setting realistic implementation timelines.
- Support campaign tracking and attribution models, ensuring clients can measure ROI across digital channels.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to configure and optimize Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns, ensuring proper tracking and attribution.
- Oversee telephony/VoIP configurations — including call routing, integrations, and troubleshooting — to ensure seamless client communication systems.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations (HIPAA) in all configurations and data flows.
- Document architectures, processes, and deliverables for internal teams and clients, ensuring clarity and accountability.
